  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onions and mixed vegetables, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with shredded cheese if desired.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
