Salmon Pasta Creamy Garlic Sauce

A delicious and quick recipe for creamy garlic salmon pasta. Perfect for a weeknight dinner!

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the salmon to the skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove and flake into large pieces.
  4. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and flaked salmon to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
