Rotisserie Chicken Broccoli Pasta

A delicious and comforting dish that combines rotisserie chicken, tender broccoli, and pasta for a quick weeknight meal.

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and cooked pasta.
