- 2 jalapenos
- 4 slices bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roast jalapenos until charred, then remove skin and seeds.
- Spread cream cheese on one side of each slice of bread.
- Add roasted jalapenos and cheddar cheese on top of the cream cheese.
- Top with another slice of bread, cream cheese side down.
- Butter the outside of the sandwich.
- Cook on skillet until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
