  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 package ladyfingers
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, mascarpone, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture until combined.
  4. Layer ladyfingers at the bottom of a trifle dish.
  5. Add a layer of the pumpkin cream mixture, followed by crushed graham crackers.
  6. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the pumpkin cream on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
