  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups granola
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine the granola and melted butter, then sprinkle it evenly over the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving with whipped cream.

Notes
