  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pancake mix, milk, and egg until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in batter to form small pancakes.
  3. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  4. In another skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy.
  5. Assemble the McGriddles: stack pancakes, add bacon, chicken ham, and drizzle with maple syrup.
