  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 package tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Drain the excess fat, then stir in the cream of mushroom soup and mixed vegetables.
  4. Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Layer the shredded cheese on top.
  6. Arrange the tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown.
