- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced
- 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- In a bowl, combine beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove from skillet.
