1 cup Oreo cookie crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons melted butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1/2 cup whipped cream
1 cup chopped Oreos for topping
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix Oreo cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of muffin tins to form the crust.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the egg and mix until combined.
Fold in whipped cream and chopped Oreos.
Pour the filling into the crusts and bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
