One Pot Broccoli Pasta

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the vegetable broth, pasta, broccoli, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
