  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter with the brown and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, beating until combined.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients.
  6. Fold in the oats and white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
