  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Stir in the melted chocolate until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
