  • 1 cup lentils
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the lentils and rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a pan, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
  4. Mix cooked lentils, rice, sautéed onion, salt, pepper, and paprika together.
  5. Carefully remove cabbage leaves and fill each leaf with the mixture.
  6. Roll up the cabbage leaves and place them in a baking dish.
  7. Pour tomato sauce over the rolls.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
