- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Add marinara sauce and Italian seasoning to the beef; stir until combined and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- In a baking dish, spread some of the meat sauce at the bottom. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, then spread half of the ricotta mixture. Add a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with meat sauce and the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
