  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Drain excess fat and stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. In another pot, steam the broccoli until tender.
  5. Serve the beef mixture over rice and top with broccoli and green onions.
