Keto Berry Crisp

An indulgent low-carb dessert that is perfect for those following a keto diet.

  • 2 cups mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed berries and half of the sweetener. Spread them in an even layer in a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the almond flour, shredded coconut, melted butter, remaining sweetener, and vanilla extract until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle the almond flour mixture evenly over the berries.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the berries are bubbling.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
