Jammy Eggs with Chili Butter and Garlic Yogurt

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently add the eggs.
  2. Boil the eggs for 6-7 minutes for jammy yolks.
  3. While the eggs are cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan and add chili flakes and garlic powder.
  4. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with lemon juice and season with salt.
  5. Once the eggs are done, transfer them to an ice bath to stop the cooking.
