  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease it lightly.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Once pancakes are cooked, toss them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  9. Serve warm with drizzled chocolate sauce.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the batter.
