  • 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with cornstarch.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown.
