  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until well combined.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
