- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
