Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove from pan.
  3. In the same pan, add chicken ham and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Crack eggs into the pan and scramble until cooked through.
  5. Toast the whole grain bread.
