  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 orange, zested
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  2. Marinate the diced chicken in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
  5. Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry and add to the pan to thicken the sauce.
  6. Stir in orange zest and cook for another minute.
  7. Serve hot over rice or vegetables.
