Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the rolled oats and milk. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add the grated apple, eggs, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and honey. Mix until well combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Flip the pancakes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
