A delicious hashbrown casserole made with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for any meal.

  • 2 cups hashbrowns
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the hashbrowns, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Add the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • For a vegetarian option, replace turkey bacon and chicken ham with your choice of vegetables.
