- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 large bell pepper, sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil, onions, and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart; cook until no longer pink.
- Season with salt and pepper. Layer provolone cheese on top, cover, and let it melt.
- Slice the hoagie rolls and fill them with the beef mixture and crumbled bacon.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
