Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Increase the heat and add the ground beef, cooking until browned.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
