- 2 grilled chicken breasts
- 1 ripe avocado
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- On two slices of bread, layer grilled chicken, the avocado mixture, and mozzarella cheese.
