  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
