  • 2 cups baby potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken thighs and baby potatoes to the bowl, tossing to coat.
  4. Place the chicken and potatoes in a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
