Garlic Parmesan Baked Shrimp

Delicious and easy to prepare, garlic parmesan baked shrimp is perfect for any weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
  3. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the shrimp.
