  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 2 cups vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, coat the cubed chicken in cornstarch.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  4. In another pan, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the fried chicken to the sauce and toss to coat.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
