  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook thoroughly.
  4. Stir in the peas, corn, and carrots, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the turkey mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  6. Top with mashed potatoes and sprinkle crumbled turkey bacon on top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
