  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Arrange the drumsticks on a sheet pan in a single layer.
