- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 cups shredded cheese (optional)
- Add the potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, garlic, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and thyme into the crockpot.
- Stir to combine and cover the crockpot with the lid.
