- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
