Easy Cheesy Ground Beef Enchiladas - One-Pan Family Favorite!

A delicious and easy recipe for cheesy ground beef enchiladas that will become a family favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 10 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned.
  3. Stir in the cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and some shredded cheese, then roll them up.
  6. Place the rolled enchiladas seam-side down in the baking dish.
  7. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with more cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped bell peppers to the beef mixture.
  • These enchiladas can be topped with sour cream or fresh cilantro before serving.
