- 6 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add diced potatoes and chicken broth, bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and paprika; blend until smooth.
- Mix in chicken ham and half of the crispy bacon.
- Serve hot, topped with cheddar cheese, remaining bacon, and chives.
