Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers thinly and place in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle salt over the cucumbers and let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil until sugar dissolves.
  4. Rinse the cucumbers to remove excess salt and pat dry.
  5. Toss cucumbers with the dressing and add green onions and sesame seeds.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
