  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer half of the potato slices in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes.
  6. Add half of the cheese and turkey bacon.
  7. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
