  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger to create the marinade.
  3. Marinate chicken thighs in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
