  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine the diced potatoes, onion, and cooked turkey bacon.
  2. Add the chicken broth and garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the milk.
  5. Blend the soup for a creamier texture if desired.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

  • For a thicker soup, blend a portion of the soup and return it to the pot.
