  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Place the beef roast in the Crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
  3. Add the pepperoncini peppers and place the butter on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
  5. Shred the meat and mix it with the juices before serving.
