  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 hoagie rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine turkey bacon, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  3. Once cooked, remove the turkey bacon and shred it.
  4. Return the shredded turkey bacon to the crockpot and mix well.
  5. Toast the hoagie rolls under the broiler until golden brown.
  6. Serve each sandwich with shredded turkey bacon and a slice of provolone, ladled with broth on the side for dipping.
