  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 cup small pasta (e.g., ditalini)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, pasta, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
