Crock-Pot Chicken Parmesan

A comforting and delicious recipe for Chicken Parmesan made in a Crock-Pot, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the Crock-Pot.
  2. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  4. In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
  5. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with olive oil and sprinkle over the cheese.
  6. Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes until cheese is melted and breadcrumbs are golden.
