Crock Pot Pepper Steak

A flavorful and easy to make Crock Pot Pepper Steak dish that brings vibrant flavors to your table.

  • 1 pound beef steak, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced beef in the Crock Pot.
  2. Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and soy sauce, then sprinkle with black pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. In the last 30 minutes, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir it into the Crock Pot to thicken the sauce.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add some sliced jalapenos.
  • Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
