  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
