  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add pumpkin puree, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
