  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and trim the asparagus, then place it in a baking dish.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the cream mixture over the asparagus, then top with turkey bacon.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until asparagus is tender.
